Hello! I am Sarah Kinane, and it is my distinct honor to serve as the President of Tri Delta’s Gamma Theta Chapter at UC Santa Barbara. I am a second-year Sociology and History double major with a minor in Applied Psychology. When I first decided to go through recruitment my freshman year, I was a bit uneasy until I found my home at Tri Delta. The women graciously opened their arms and hearts, and truly made me feel like a unique asset to the sisterhood. I honestly do not know what I would do without the amazing friendships and connections that I have gained through Tri Delta. I have gained an extraordinary group of sisters who have helped to guide me towards reaching my full potential, academically and professionally. Tri Delta has opened the doors to incredible friendships, leadership development, and personal growth opportunities.
Tri Delta has brought me more than just friendships; it has given me sisters for a lifetime, and a home away from home. My connections through Tri Delta have constantly supported me through all of my emotional and professional hurdles, and constantly inspire me to reach for nothing short of the best. Tri Delta has taught me how to live and lead with kindness, along with the love and encouragement of my sisters by my side through it all. My brave and bold sisters continue to motivate and teach me about compassion, love, and true friendship, even in the most stressful of times. I truly cannot express my utmost gratitude and respect that I have for my sisters, and I hope that you can experience that love too.
I encourage you all to go Greek, so that you can find your home too!
Delta Love and Mine,
